I do not accept insurance, and all visits are billed at the time of service:
First Office Visit (60 min): $350

Return Visit (60 min): $320
Return Visit (40 min): $250
Return Visit (30 min): $180
Return Visit (15 min): $120

*For Washington State residents, I am happy to provide a Superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
